You'll work in a fully remote capacity, making up to 50-100+ calls daily, and be assigned to specific campaigns that align with your skills and experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle customer service inquiries and problems via phone, email, or chat * Make outbound calls to existing borrowers to promote relevant products and services, such as insurance companies, home warranties, security systems, and more * Identify customer needs and route them to the appropriate department * Work in a scripted environment, following established campaigns and protocols * Collaborate with sales teams to transfer interested customers to actual sales representatives for product sales * Meet or exceed daily call targets and performance metrics * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience * Proven sales or upselling experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and motivation * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, dialers, and other software applications * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions **Preferred Qualifications** * Outbound dialing experience, with a strong understanding of dialer systems and protocols * Experience working in the mortgage industry or a related field * Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or similar platforms * Certification in sales or customer service, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and motivation * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, dialers, and other software applications * Strong sales and upselling skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
