**About the Job**
As an Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Site Chiefs, Managers, and Task Partners. You'll oversee the daily operations of 2-4 DashMart sites, ensuring seamless processes, productivity, and security. Your expertise will drive process improvement activities, enhance customer experience, and foster a culture of excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Site Chiefs, Managers, and Task Partners
* Own and manage the daily operations of 2-4 DashMart sites, ensuring all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and securely
* Plan, build, and execute process improvement activities to drive functional efficiencies and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide your team with the necessary tools, resources, and support
* Analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement
**We're Looking for Someone Who:**
* Thrives in ambiguous, startup environments and is comfortable with change and uncertainty
* Is an information-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Has a proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams

* Has 3+ years of experience in operations, management, or a related field
* Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in starting or scaling an effective startup
* Functional experience in operations, satisfaction center/warehousing, or related fields
* Proven ability to assemble and develop high-performing teams
* Strong understanding of data analysis and business intelligence tools
**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Competitive base salary range: $35-45/hour
