We are currently seeking a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team as a work-from-home Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls, troubleshooting issues, and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Functions

• Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License.
• Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision.
• Maintain regular and timely attendance.
• Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard.
• Ability to manage individual stress/composure.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home.
• Able to Pass a Background Check.
• Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience.
• 2 Years of customer Service Experience.
