Job Summary

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries via live chat. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat with professionalism and clarity. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, and your prompt and professional responses will set the tone for a positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, returns, and policies. You will be the expert on arenaflex's offerings, and your accurate and up-to-date knowledge will ensure that customers have the information they need to make informed decisions.
- Resolve customer issues effectively while adhering to company guidelines. You will be the problem-solver, working to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner, while also adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. When issues are beyond your scope, you will know when to escalate them to the right team, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.

- Achieve individual performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. You will be measured on your performance, and your goal will be to consistently meet or exceed arenaflex's performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Working Hours
