As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers, answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and resolving issues related to patient billing and medical information. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients and healthcare providers * Provide exceptional customer service and empathy to patients and healthcare providers * Use computer skills for data entry and gather and review patient billing and medical information * Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program * Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards **Essential Qualifications** * At least 1 year of recent Call Center experience (no exceptions) * Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required * Active internet already installed and the ability to work from home * Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors * Great work attitude and willingness to help others * High School Diploma or Equivalent **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare setting or with medical billing and insurance * Strong knowledge of medical terminology and coding * Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
