**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with real-time assistance, answering their queries, and offering solutions to their waterproofing needs through our online chat platform. As a Live Chat Support representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing accurate information about products and services, and resolving any issues promptly.
**Responsibilities:**

* Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
* Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
* Guide customers through the purchasing process, if necessary.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the best customer support.
