**Responsibilities**
As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing 1-2 customer chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring prompt and accurate responses

* Utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT to assist with complex inquiries and improve response times
* Navigating the company's back-office system to access order data and resolve customer issues
* Handling email tickets using the company's ticketing system

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
