**Why you'll love this role**
This position is part of the Data Innovation Group within the Data Innovation Division at arenaflex. As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for assisting employees in all aspects of end-user computing, including software/hardware installations, upgrades, and general maintenance of PC workstations and peripherals.
**What you'll do**
* Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals
* Answer customer service issues raised from the Helpdesk
* Contribute to workstation projects (global installations/redesigns) as a project team member
* Remotely diagnose and resolve issues using remote tools
* Investigate and collaborate with other departments to assist with system-related issues
* Record customer interactions in incident management software, including resource management
* Recover data from hard drives or perform data migration
* Maintain remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband network for workstations
* Install and configure local and network-based printers
* Perform security support
* Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared to travel as required
* Follow management direction, complying with IT strategy and procedures
* Perform other duties as assigned

**All you'll need for success**
* Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ Associate's/Four-year certification in Software Engineering, Data Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience/preparation
* Least Capabilities:
+ 2 years' of certified 'active' IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and hardware issues
+ Should have firsthand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment
* Favored Qualifications:
+ A+ certification
+ MCSE/MCP or higher
+ Past IT foundation experience in Aircraft/Airport climate
* Abilities, Licenses, and Certificates:
+ General knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10
+ Knowledge of workflow and with tagging systems
+ Knowledge of VPN network and ability to investigate issues
+ Ability to work independently and act in a cooperative, team-based environment
+ Should be able to lift at least 50 lbs
