What You'll Do
As an IT Summer Student in our Revenue Technology and Data Analytics division, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our mission to deliver excellence in everything we do. Depending on your assigned team, you may be involved in:
- Software Development: Assist with coding, testing, and maintaining software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks such as Java/JEE, JSON, Spring, Angular, and Python.
- Business Analysis: Gather requirements for system improvements, participate in design discussions, and help create documentation for various IT initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Support the creation of performance dashboards and service level agreements using analytical tools and techniques to drive data-informed decision making.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance for IT operations and help maintain our robust technology infrastructure.
- System Administration: Participate in the development, maintenance, enhancement, and support of software applications and infrastructure environments.
- Innovation Projects: Contribute to special projects involving emerging technologies such as mobile applications, enterprise web applications, APIs, messaging systems, databases, big data, and artificial intelligence.
You might support a variety of IT projects in a Business Analyst, Developer, Systems Engineer, or Data Analytical role, depending on your skills and interests. This position offers invaluable real-world experience in a hybrid work environment that combines both in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
We're looking for students who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our mission. To be considered for this position, you must:
- Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Be available to work from our Atlanta, GA or Minneapolis St. Paul, MN office (as determined during the interview process).
- Be able to work in a hybrid work arrangement that includes both in-office and remote work, subject to management approval.
- Possess strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to embrace diverse perspectives, thinking, and styles within a collaborative team environment.
- Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Have a genuine interest in solving complex problems and be willing to invest the time and effort to overcome obstacles and learn from mistakes.
- Be familiar with Agile methodologies, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), cloud computing, and/or computer hardware components and support.
- Be comfortable working in a business casual work attire environment.
- Be interested in working for arenaflex after graduation if a full-time employment offer is extended.
