The Team & The Role
Join the Creative Production Innovation Management team within our broader Product Discovery & Promotion division—a dynamic group of application managers driving complex initiatives across arenaflex's ecosystem. We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs for technology platforms. What You Will Do
As a core member of our innovation team, you will lead programs that sit at the intersection of technology, product development, and creative execution. Your responsibilities will span the full program lifecycle—from initial strategy and planning to successful delivery and optimization.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead Complex Innovation Programs: Drive programs that are innovation-focused, highly technical, and cross-functional in nature, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Conduct Feasibility Assessments: Evaluate stage-of-effort for conceptual features and designs, delivering high-quality outputs on time and within budget constraints.
- Shape Early-Stage Opportunities: Act as a thought partner to leadership, transforming early-level product innovation possibilities into concrete, executable programs.
- Collaborate with Product Teams: Partner with Product Managers on innovation roadmap projects, advocating for your teams throughout the innovation lifecycle through proactive consultation and advisory support.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Product Control, Engineering, and Creative teams to establish unified project plans, priorities, and execution strategies for highly technical deliverables.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Recognize extensive trends and opportunities across your program portfolio that have potential to drive greater impact and performance.
- Manage Program Resources: Oversee asset allocation, milestone tracking, deliverables management, and communications throughout simultaneous program executions.
