**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced HR Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team on a contract basis, with a high likelihood of extension. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries related to Open Enrollment, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in delivering a world-class experience to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage a high-volume case and client load, responding to customers in a timely fashion with relevant updates and providing world-class customer service.
* Apply strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and data management skills to resolve customer inquiries related to Open Enrollment, EDI files, and COBRA.
* Set and reset expectations clearly, communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Document customer information and configure settings as required by case, ensuring seamless communication with carriers, partners, customers, and internal teams.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide updates to customers.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Exceptional communication and follow-up skills, with a strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency with new technologies and a willingness to adopt and learn new systems.
* Proven ability to take ownership and proactively address challenges and opportunities.
* Excellent team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the HCM or benefits sector, although not required.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
* 3+ years in a customer support or implementation type role, with a strong understanding of Open Enrollment, EDI files, COBRA, Benefits Administration, Insurance, and Payroll.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
