**Job Summary**
As a Help Desk Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving their technical queries, and ensuring the seamless operation of all systems. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues
* Serve as a reference point for IT-related queries, working closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating issues to senior engineers as needed
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and updates
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and personalized
* Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Requirements**
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Must be 18 years old or over
* Fluency in written and spoken English at CEFR C1/C2 level
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Knowledge and experience with building, configuring, and troubleshooting computers
* Experience navigating through multiple internet applications to assist and resolve customer questions
* Proficiency in MS Office computer applications
* Ability to handle multiple job tasks at one time and escalate issues in a timely manner
* Analytical orientation with strong attention to detail
* Ability to accurately type at least 25 wpm
* Strong interpersonal skills and a very high degree of customer service ethic
* Ability to perform remote troubleshooting
* Ability to take inbound (voice) phone calls in a conversation-heavy environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Experience working in a help desk or customer service environment
* Certification in ITIL, CompTIA, or a related field

* Experience working with cloud-based applications and services
