**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Answering and managing inbound calls regarding health plan benefits and claims, eligibility, medical and other healthcare procedures, billing and payments, and other related topics from customers in a prompt, courteous manner
* Conducting outbound and/or return calls to customers, as necessary
* Asking appropriate questions and listening actively to identify specific questions or issues to provide appropriate responses and types of assistance the customer needs while documenting relevant information in a clear and concise manner in computer systems
* Handling and processing customer complaints/grievances while applying appropriate conflict management skills to de-escalate potentially stressful situations
**What You'll Have**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma
* Cable/Fiber internet and the ability to hardwire is required
* At least 1 year of call center experience
* Ability to handle a heavy call volume of 50-100 calls daily
* Demonstrated ability in using computer and Microsoft applications, which includes strong keyboard and navigation skills, ability to type 35 WPM, and learn new computer programs
* Analytical skills, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Detail-oriented
**Training Schedule**
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. The training schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm CST, for 4-6 weeks.
**Post-Training Schedule**
After completing your training, you will work Monday-Friday, shifts will fall between 11am-9pm EST.

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**

* Hourly rate: $16.99 - $17 per hour
