**Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service to our patients, clinicians, and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound and outbound pharmacy calls, scheduling refill deliveries when needed, and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
* Providing high-level customer service to patients, clinicians, and clients, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Updating concise progress notes to ensure other roles within the workflow can quickly assess the status of referrals.
* Manipulating management information systems to answer questions regarding refill needs, providing status of pending/shipped prescriptions, verifying insurance information, and providing copies of invoices upon request.
* Answering patient questions and concerns during refill scheduling and transferring to the clinical team (pharmacists and nurses) when appropriate.
* Identifying and reporting adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to clinicians to ensure patient safety.
* Performing other duties as assigned, which may vary slightly depending on the specific team/program requirements.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent.
* 3-5 years of Customer Service Representative experience within the healthcare or pharmacy industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent attendance record.
* Ability to work independently and drive results for customers.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating and ensuring open communication to achieve timely completion of all assigned tasks.
* Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively to meet various deadlines and customer expectations.
* Medical office experience/knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

* This is a 3-month assignment with possible extension.
* Work location: 13501 Park Vista Blvd., Ste 150, Fort Worth, TX 76177-3204.
* The candidate should live within a reasonable driving distance of North Fort Worth, TX.
* Training will be onsite for the first two weeks, and then the candidate can work from home.
* Candidates must be able to drive into the office when needed.
