**What You'll Do:**
- Drive the development and execution of the Client Insightful Center product strategy, ensuring high-quality and user-friendly entry for internal stakeholders of customer insights and experiences.
- Define and implement a methodology, prioritization, and workflow for the Client Insightful Center, ensuring efficient and effective data processing and analysis.
- Ensure that tools and systems are designed and scaled to meet the security and reliability needs of internal teams in processing and analyzing customer data.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, and identify potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with Design, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy.

**Essential Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field
- 7 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, and complex B2B/C products
- Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in software engineering, computer science, business administration, or related field
- 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, and complex B2B/C products
- Strong understanding of web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design principles
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
