**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance web and cloud applications using a range of technologies, including Java, AngularJS, and NodeJS.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure that applications meet the evolving needs of our customers.
* Develop and maintain high-quality code, following arenaflex's coding standards and best practices.
* Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure that code is maintainable, efficient, and scalable.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with the engineering team to identify and implement solutions.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in web and cloud technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our applications.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement new features and functionality, ensuring that applications meet the evolving needs of our customers.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* At least 4 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on web and cloud technologies.
* Active involvement in Java, AngularJS, and NodeJS.
* Working knowledge of distributed computing, including Sky blue, GCP, or AWS.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with a budget, with a strong focus on financial management and planning.
* Experience working on a full project or initiative, including presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
* In-depth knowledge of business capabilities and processes, with a strong focus on business activities, targets, and methodologies.

* Strong understanding of cloud computing, including cloud architecture, security, and scalability.

* Willingness to maintain a professional appearance while working or traveling on arenaflex flights.
* Ability to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft while working or traveling on arenaflex flights.

* Compliance with all material regulations, guidelines (FAA, OSHA, Dab, etc.), and arenaflex policies, systems, and risk controls.
**Duty to Report**
* Identify any health or safety concerns, issues, incidents, or risks that should be reported, and report them promptly and without hesitation, using arenaflex's confidential reporting systems (Aeronautics Health Activity Program (AHP) and Health Activity Report (SAR)).
