Our loyalty team manages arenaflex MileagePlus, building travel and lifestyle programs that customers can engage with every day, and works with our Star Alliance partners to ensure arenaflex can take you anywhere you want to go. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the development and execution of our customer identity system across AdTech platforms, driving personalized customer experiences and targeted marketing efforts. * Apply expertise in customer data platforms, identity graphs, and universal identifiers to create a unified view of our customers, enabling precise ad targeting and activation on DSPs. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analysis, to drive strategy and achieve business objectives. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard practices in AdTech, influencing the continuous improvement of our systems. * Develop and execute methodologies to collect, manage, and utilize customer data effectively while ensuring compliance with data security regulations. * Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and approaches to drive business growth. **What We're Looking For:** * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field * 8 years of experience in a data innovation solutions design role * 3 years of experience working in customer identity management * Broad experience in AdTech, with a proven history of designing and implementing large-scale ad delivery frameworks * In-depth knowledge of customer data platforms, identity graphs, and universal identifiers * Strong understanding of cookie technology and its implications for digital marketing * Experience with data engineering strategies and tools * Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make decisive decisions * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams * Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) * Experience with data analysis tools for performance monitoring and optimization * Past experience in architecting solutions **What Will Set You Apart:** * Graduate degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science * Working experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment * Data Clean Room experience is a plus * Experience with online customer data security and compliance, including standard practices and Consent/Identity Management tools **Compensation and Benefits:** The salary range for this position is $132,000 to $193,600, depending on work-related, non-biased factors like experience, education, and skills.
