The Infra SRE-Application Services Team The Infra SRE-Application Services team is a dynamic and rapidly growing group that is responsible for expanding the arenaflex framework's operability, visibility, transparency, and automation. We aim to provide comprehensive experiences and solutions for the arenaflex framework with minimal manual interventions. Job Responsibilities: As a member of the Infra SRE-Application Services team, you will be responsible for: * Performing SRE responsibilities and procedures on supported services, including but not limited to standby revolutions, maintenance, change management, monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, and disaster recovery. * Augmenting framework uptime, availability, and reliability to ensure functional and performance SLAs. * Contributing to existing documentation and building effective documentation, such as functional runbooks, SOPs, SLA/SLO. * Starting and leading pre-planning/tooling/automation to streamline processes and minimize human resources. * Working cross-functionally and territorially with SRE/Dev/QA/PM teams to manage incidents and improve processes. * Managing and focusing on projects/undertakings for high efficiency and exact deliveries. Requirements: * Four-year college education in Software engineering, a related field, or equivalent functional experience. * 5+ years of demonstrated experience in software development with at least one programming language. * 5+ years of experience with Linux Operating Systems, Systems Administration, Database concepts, Monitoring, and Shell scripting. * Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities. * Superb communicator, collaborative person, self-starter, and quick learner. * Ideal to Have: + Graduate degree in Software engineering, Design, or a related field. + Proficiency in any of the following languages: Python, GoLang, C++. + Ability in any of the following: SRE reasoning, AIOPS, APM, Disaster Recovery. + Aptitude in any of these tech stacks: Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, ClickHouse, Message Queue, OpenTSDB, Management Grid. Compensation and Benefits: arenaflex is committed to providing fair compensation and benefits to our employees. The salary range for this position is $27-$37/hour, and the actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentives, bonuses, and stock options.
