As a remote Network Support Analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. **Key Responsibilities** As a Network Support Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Designing and implementing Cisco hardware solutions to meet our business needs * Auditing and processing Network Trucks satisfaction demands to ensure timely resolution * Supporting and cycling Network Trucks project tasks to minimize downtime * Attending regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and best practices * Troubleshooting ITIL/Trucks episode, issue, change, information, and request processes to identify and resolve network issues * Suggesting or implementing enhancements for group cycles and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity * Maintaining comprehensive, accurate, and complete occurrence documentation to facilitate communication with stakeholders * Providing guidance and direction to customers, teams, and other support personnel on day-to-day activities, project drives, sending exercises, and support issues * Building and maintaining positive, collaborative, and effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders * Responding to clients by identifying issues, investigating replies, and directing clients through restorative advances * Providing essential technical support and ensuring consistency with established rules and methods for monitoring performance * Fixing issues in LAN foundation, testing, and designing software * Assessing network performance to improve the network * Planning upgrades and support without disrupting business workflow * Providing technical guidance and network framework training to colleagues * Working with vendors to obtain required equipment for networks and frameworks * Identifying, analyzing, and resolving network transmission and exchanging framework issues while minimizing impact on customer service * Distinguishing between primary and secondary network failures * Working the Network Support occurrence line, including opening, focusing on, investigating, following-up, advising, heightening, imparting, reporting, and pulling in extra assets depending on the situation for episode goal * Answering and contributing to Network Support hotline calls to support end-users and minimize business disruption * Answering Network Support email requests and demands * Working out Network Support proactive everyday assignment list * Delegating assigned tasks in Smartsheet * Leading and participating in weekly team meetings * Opening and screening Cisco TAC cases on faulty Cisco hardware and seeing the entire way * Reviewing and supervising corporate office data storerooms **Essential Qualifications** * At least 1-year experience in a support-related field or 1-year organization experience with network training * Fundamental understanding of Ethernet, Fiber, Casing Transfer, AVPN, ISDN, Committed IP, and Steering conventions * Fundamental knowledge of network equipment and software, including switches, routers, and wireless controllers * Fundamental understanding of subnetting, VLANs, and network geography * Excellent written/verbal communication skills, phone behavior, and customer service skills * High-level skills in investigation and analysis with episodes and issues * Experience or understanding of ITIL/Trucks episode, issue, change, information, and request processes * Demonstrated strong work ethic and positive, mature, professional demeanor * Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight * Process-oriented, understands the benefits of processes, and the need for consistency * Ability to explain or convey technical terms to non-technical audiences * Effectively searches for, suggests, or implements enhancements for group cycles and methods * Able to function well under pressure and within time constraints * Imaginative, inventive, and very responsive with a strong desire to keep moving * Cooperative person and work collaboratively with others sharing ideas, teaming up, and eventually putting group objectives first * Demonstrated strong association skills to comply with tight time constraints * A solid understanding of Google Suite * Infrequent travel may be required * Willing to support off-hours fill-in as required, including weekends, holidays, and day-in and day-out on standby liabilities on a rotational basis **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1-year Costco warehouse/distribution center experience * Good understanding of Costco business warehouse and hardware * Essential knowledge of Network monitoring tools to aid issue detection and resolution * Reading up for or have CCNA certification * Networking degree * ITIL Foundation Certification * Knowledge of pre-scripting languages (Python, Google Applications
