**Job Summary:** arenaflex is seeking a highly energetic, objective-oriented, and connected Senior Client Support Supervisor to join our Pharmacy Healthcare Client Care Team. This part-time, remote position will report to the Ranking Director of Medical Care Client Support. As a part of the arenaflex team, you will be working in a dynamic and innovative environment that values teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Develop a compelling team experience through various leadership initiatives. * Lead team meetings and workshops to convey critical business updates and drive colleague engagement, commitment, and timely execution of drives. * Participate in and own the performance audit process for all leaders within your team. * Foster pharmacy healthcare strength through successful training, feedback, and development plans for your leaders. * Maintain and execute new leadership onboarding programs to enhance the career path experience. * Contribute to Vital Anticipating the business and driving Change Management for drives (Open Strategies refinement, Client Experience Improvement Drives, Tweet feedback execution, etc.). * Work with an eagerness to learn, share, and receive feedback. * Work with a sense of empathy to identify and address process enhancements that would improve the client experience, employee experience, or operational efficiencies. * Drive Labor force Scheduling exercises for the business through collaboration with the WFM team (Continuous Line Management, Overtime and VTO management, Maintaining Staffing records and Team Tasks). * Ensure Compliance with all relevant regulations and policies for Pharmacy-related tasks. * Participate in weekly call listening meetings to follow the healthcare client journey and drive improvement in the client experience. * Ensure consistency with all organization policies. * Establish relationships with key stakeholders in Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence, Quality, Labor, and Learning and Development to build trust and partnerships. * Perform other duties as assigned and required. **Requirements:** * 5+ years of multi-channel contact center management experience or Healthcare/Pharmacy Services experience or equivalent experience * Ability to adapt to rapidly changing objectives and willing to 'dive in' to tackle various challenges. * Demonstrated teaching abilities that can influence both frontline specialists and leadership * Living within 100 miles of Pittston, PA is required. * BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (e.g., 5+ years industry experience in lieu of degree). * Strong PC and web capability in a technology-driven environment * Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel is a must) * Excellent oral and written communication skills, and agreeableness and ease in presenting information to a group. * Candidate should be flexible with scheduling as the position may include nights, weekends, and some holidays. * Position may require travel. **Benefits:** arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Competitive hourly rate of $30/hour * Flexible part-time schedule with opportunities for remote work * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive training and onboarding program * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Opportunities for career advancement and leadership development **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and results-driven leader with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
