**About the Job**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business growth and success by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, develop and maintain data entry tools and systems, and provide expert guidance and support to our stakeholders.

* Work directly with partners to identify data entry and information needs, define requirements, and oversee execution
* Collaborate directly with data and programming teams to design new data sources and tooling to meet the needs of our business groups
* Continuously challenge and consider more intelligent and more efficient ways of working
* Manage complex issues using data for large-scale operations
* Explore and implement emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, to drive innovative solutions
* Participate in defining the organization's data entry and automation guide
* Work cross-functionally start to finish, between our business front-end, design center, and accounting groups to ensure the integrity of our data entry streams
* Elevate the accounting group's understanding and use of automation technologies through group data sharing
* You have, and can apply your experience creating workflows in Alteryx Cloud

* You have your BA/BS Degree in Accounting, MIS, Software Engineering, or a similar field of study
* You have experience managing large sets of financial data
* You have 4+ years of experience in data and automation; tax-related data experience is a plus
* You have experience creating workflows in Alteryx Cloud
* You have deep experience running SQL queries
* You have knowledge of innovation tools like Alteryx Desktop, Snowflake, Python
* You have experience writing business requirements and testing to support large data projects
* You have experience participating in the analysis and testing of new data sets
* You have experience using various productivity programs (Monday.com, Microsoft Office, Google (G-sheets, docs, and slides))
