**About the Job**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the innovation and information needs of our entire organization. You will work closely with our business, design, and accounting teams to identify, analyze, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. Your expertise in data entry, analysis, and innovation will be essential in helping us navigate the complexities of our rapidly expanding business.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work directly with partners to identify data and innovation needs, define requirements, and oversee execution
* Collaborate with data and programming teams to design new data sources and tooling to meet the needs of our expense group
* Continuously challenge and improve processes to find more intelligent and efficient ways of working
* Manage complex data issues using data for large-scale analysis
* Explore the application of emerging technologies, such as AI and machine learning, to drive business innovation
* Participate in defining the organization's data and automation strategy
* Work cross-functionally, start to finish, between our business front-end, design middle, and accounting back-end to ensure the integrity of our data streams
* Elevate the expense group's understanding and use of automation technologies through group data sharing
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field
* Experience managing large datasets and working with data visualization tools
* 4+ years of experience in data entry, analysis, and innovation, with a focus on expense management
* Proficiency in Alteryx Cloud and experience creating workflows
* Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling
* Familiarity with innovation tools like Alteryx Desktop, Snowflake, and Python
* Experience writing business requirements and testing to support large data projects
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a logical approach
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with AI, machine learning, and data science
* Familiarity with data governance and ETL best practices
* Alteryx Certified Associate or higher
* CMI or CMI candidate certification
