**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement packaging strategies that drive sales and brand loyalty for arenaflex's owned brands, exclusive partners, and travel packaging
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and logistics, to ensure that our packaging is visitor-driven, on-brand, competitive, and category-relevant
* Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
* Develop and maintain packaging standards, guidelines, and best practices across all arenaflex brands
* Work with global teams to drive effective communication and roadshows around packaging objectives, compliance, and data accuracy
* Use data to identify patterns or issues, in conjunction with technology teams, to measure the effectiveness of training and communications
* Investigate industry trends and review arenaflex's corresponding data and standards practices, share insights and recommendations with the relevant audience for change and compliance
* Provide guidance and direction to other teams, driving efficiency and effectiveness in results

**Requirements**
* 4-year degree or equivalent experience
* 4+ years of experience creating and managing documentation and guidelines projects, preferably including packaging design and development
* Ability to influence without authority, manage projects, work with teams, resolve conflicts, build consensus, and collaborate successfully, both internally and externally, across all levels of an organization
* Experience with documentation best practices, technical writing, and reporting
* Skilled at creating and advising on engaging, structured, and effective training programs, roadshows, and communications
* Experience driving teams or projects, driving collaboration, strengthening, and cooperation
* Strong analytical, critical thinking, creative thinking, and scientific skills
* Related knowledge with packaging or customer products manufacturing
* Strong interpersonal and hierarchical skills
* Adaptability and resilience; open to working in uncertain and constantly changing conditions
* Ability to focus, manage multiple tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
