**Job Description**
We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, ensuring seamless communication with our customers and stakeholders. **Responsibilities and Duties**
* Meet all requirements to be a certified data entry specialist, including:
+ Accurately and efficiently processing data, including customer information, package details, and shipping records
+ Maintaining high levels of data quality and accuracy, ensuring seamless communication with customers and stakeholders
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve processes
+ Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and processing
* Perform physical activities, including:
+ Sitting for extended periods, as required
+ Standing, walking, and turning/pivoting frequently during the workday
+ Bending, stooping, squats, kneels, crouches, crawls, climbs ladders and stairs, as necessary
* Operate preferred and manual transmission, as well as power and pneumatic tools
* Meet all requirements to be certified in power industrial truck operations (PITO)
* Work full-time shifts, 8-10 hours per day, 4-5 days per week
* Be available to work varying shifts, additional hours, and/or overtime, as required
* Wear personal protective equipment, as necessary
* Work in an environment with variable temperatures and humidity, exposure to cleaning substances, petroleum products, dust, and noise, among other conditions
* Communicate effectively through sight, listening, and/or otherwise, to perform assigned duties and maintain proper job safety conditions
**Knowledge and Abilities**
* Recent documented experience in data entry, preferably in a logistics or transportation industry
* Experience using diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and personal computers
* Possess a complete set of personal hand tools
* Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) – preferred
* Reliable with the ability to report to work on a daily and timely basis, and complete scheduled workday on a regular basis
* Available to work varying shifts, additional hours, and/or overtime, as required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cooperatively in a diverse work environment
