Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Data Entry and Maintenance: Input and update various types of data into arenaflex's systems accurately, perform regular reviews to ensure data integrity and accuracy, and maintain up-to-date records by logging changes and updates efficiently.
- Data Verification and Quality Assurance: Verify data for discrepancies by cross-checking against source documents, flag and report any inconsistencies or errors found during data entry, and assist in data cleansing activities to remove outdated or duplicate records.
- Collaboration and Communication: Participate in team meetings to stay informed about project updates and requirements, communicate effectively with team members to clarify data entry instructions, and provide clear updates on progress.
- File Management: Organise and manage electronic files and documents to ensure easy retrieval, ensure all data is stored securely and complies with arenaflex's data privacy standards, and maintain accurate records of data entry activities.
- Basic Reporting: Generate simple reports using entered data based on predefined templates, document and share findings from data verification processes, and provide regular updates on data entry progress.
- Adhering to Guidelines: Follow established data entry protocols and procedures strictly, ensure compliance with arenaflex's guidelines for data security and confidentiality, and maintain accurate records of data entry activities.
- Continuing Education and Training: Participate in training sessions to stay current with arenaflex's data systems and tools, adopt new tools and techniques as directed to improve efficiency and productivity, and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor issues that may arise during data entry, escalate complex issues to supervisors with a detailed description of the problem, and provide regular updates on progress.
- Task Management: Prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and manage workloads effectively, demonstrate initiative in managing time and completing tasks with minimal supervision, and maintain accurate records of data entry activities.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
