**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Post Operations Analytics Consultant to join our NOP team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with leaders and teams across arenaflex to drive business outcomes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide advanced-level analytical and business consulting support to internal customers
* Lead complex analyses and drive business outcomes, develop insights, and create data models to inform decision-making
* Coordinate efforts between different teams and stakeholders, providing guidance and support through the execution of projects
* Work with Post Ops Analytics meetings, ensuring all materials are developed to tell a compelling story that explains the analysis and supports recommendations
* Collaborate with Post Ops Analytics leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement business solutions
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including leaders and teams across arenaflex
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions and drive innovation
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering)
* 3+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong focus on data analysis, business consulting, and project management
* Proven experience in driving business outcomes, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data sets
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to senior leaders and stakeholders
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong understanding of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and project management
* Experience with SQL, Alteryx, or other data analysis tools
* Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization concepts
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering)
* Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
* Experience with data mining and predictive analytics
* Experience with data governance and data quality management
