You'll be responsible for ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts, while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. This is a full-time position that requires comprehensive support in managing CVS databases remotely. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage CVS data entry operations in a remote work from home setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts * Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality * Participate in the execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan exercises, including quality items and administrations * Conduct on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP * Conduct post-employment surveys with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results * Help create remedial activity plans and track fulfillment of these plans * Create review tools for all populations and maintain information sections on all review tools * Participate in finishing bury rater reliability and scoring guidelines * Participate in QM meetings **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social work) * At least 4 years of experience in healthcare or social work * Ability to travel to supplier offices up to 80% of the time * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Preferred Qualifications** * RN or LPN clinical record QM evaluating experience or case management experience * High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality * Experience with data entry and quality control processes **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel * Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
