We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team of innovators and creatives. **How You Will Contribute**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Collaborating with colleagues to drive innovation and creativity, and ensuring that our AI and machine learning solutions are aligned with business objectives.
* Working with data scientists and researchers to develop and implement machine learning methodologies that drive business value and improve visitor experiences.
* Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that exceed visitor expectations.
* Managing the development and maintenance of AI-related products and services, ensuring that they meet arenaflex's high standards for quality and performance.
* Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including attraction functional innovation teams, to ensure that our AI solutions meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
* Collaborating with data engineers and scientists to design, develop, and deploy predictive models, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and other AI-powered solutions that drive business value and improve visitor experiences.
* Working with data engineers and scientists to productionize machine learning models, assess their performance on real-world datasets, and iterate on their development to ensure that they meet arenaflex's high standards for quality and performance.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve goals in improving system performance, coordinating with existing software practices that produce high-quality code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews.
* Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures used in everyday tasks, working with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space.
**Required Capabilities and Abilities**
* 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including experience with TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and other relevant technologies.
* 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
* Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies.
* Master's level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets.
* 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool.
* Experience with version control software, such as GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, and a strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong systems integration engineering skills, with the ability to transform new technologies into business solutions.
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Experience with Docker.
* Experience with control frameworks.
* Experience with Kubernetes.
* Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform.
* Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
* Experience with Agile development methodologies.
* Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
* Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau).
* Experience with audio analysis.
* Experience with text analysis.
**Education**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (desired).
