As a Full Stack Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. **Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Basic computer skills, including typing, mouse navigation, and software applications
* Familiarity with web browsers, including opening and closing programs, using search engines, and bookmarking websites
* Keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute (WPM)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information verbally and in writing
* 18 years or older
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience in a retail or call center environment, preferably in a healthcare setting
* 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician, with a declaration or enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
* Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
