**What you'll do**
As a Full Stack Data Engineer, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Work closely with source data application groups and product owners to design, develop, and deploy data analysis solutions that meet the needs of our customers
* Execute data movement and data engineering tasks using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and other cloud-based data engineering tools
* Perform various tasks associated with the development lifecycle, including planning, cloud engineering (infrastructure, security, and organization), ingestion, deployment, data modeling, testing, CI/CD pipelines, execution tuning, and monitoring
* Provide technical leadership and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
* Participate in a DevOps team that owns and supports their product
* Develop and implement data pipelines using cloud-based technologies, such as Azure Event Hub, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks
* Drive the improvement of coding standards, best practices, and security and compliance rules
* Coach and mentor team members on technical and domain-specific skills to create a multi-skilled team

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in cloud computing, data engineering, and data analysis using Azure or a similar cloud platform
* Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality frameworks
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#
* Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
**Preferred qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in cloud computing, data engineering, and data analysis using Azure or a similar cloud platform
* Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a related field
* Experience with data warehousing, business intelligence, or a related field
* Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and governance frameworks
