**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Architect at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining a robust data architecture framework that supports large-scale data evaluation and analysis
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Designing and implementing data models, data dictionaries, and technical metadata to support data-driven decision-making
* Defining and maintaining data integration architecture, data warehouse, and business intelligence architecture
* Developing cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders
* Leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth and innovation
* Monitoring and evaluating trends in the data market to identify opportunities for improvement
* Collaborating with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and improve query performance
* Participating in the development of data governance requirements, guidelines, and principles
* Driving data platform architectural choices and development requirements
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Technology
* At least 4 years of experience in data/analytics architecture, engineering design, configuration experience, and/or related fields
* Experience developing cloud-based solutions and knowledge of DevOps
* At least 1 year of experience in domain-specific architecture
* Experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace
* Direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team management experience
* Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within the country and internationally)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Technology
* Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security
* Knowledge of data warehousing, business intelligence, and data visualization tools
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
