**Job Summary**
We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Analytics Director to lead our specialty pharmacy operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency, enhance patient outcomes, and inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency, enhance patient outcomes, and inform business decisions
* Oversee the creation and analysis of data to support Pharma and Payer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
* Direct the creation and maintenance of pharma and payer dashboards, including the preparation of Quarterly Business Review data and information analysis for both Pharma and Payer
* Manage the team responsible for working out all factor charges provided to accounting to support monthly and quarterly billing of contracted services for Pharma
* Regulate the team that screens the submission of passes to run reports, provide analysis, create and update Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) for detailing requests that come in from partners across the Specialty organization
* Direct the team that supports the review of Request for Proposal (RFPs) or Request for Information (RFIs) and execution for both Pharma and Payer
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners to act as a subject matter expert (SME) for data management across the arenaflex organization
* Advise key stakeholders on technical topics and assist in deciphering and defining business needs for area of responsibility to execute against
* Make recommendations for the definition of systems and working plans for the predefined area of responsibility, and based on successful circumstances, execute or modify the working plans
* Work with external vendors and partners to create and maintain positive relationships
* Build and improve internal and external associations
* Establish functional and quality targets and create/supervise working designs for responsibility
* Regulate and coordinate the work of directors, senior directors, and their subordinates
* Acquire and assign resources to meet working plans
* Ensure the continuous development and advancement of direct reports
* Create and coach staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities, and execution management processes; build and maintain employee resolve and inspiration; ensure the team is properly equipped with required capabilities; cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in a related field, or
* High school diploma/GED and at least 9 years of experience in a related field
* At least 2 years of experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal (peers, colleagues, and leadership) and external partners (business community, clients, and vendors) within a matrix organization to develop processes that meet division objectives within budget and timelines
* Experience creating key drivers that align with business objectives
* Experience identifying functional issues and prescribing and implementing procedures to resolve issues
* Experience driving cross-functional teams
* Experience communicating and collaborating with executive-level management both within and to client-facing organizations
* Experience overseeing client-facing programs
* At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace
* At least 3 years of direct leadership, supervisory, or cross-functional team leadership experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Systems
* Graduate degree/MBA
* Experience with advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++, etc.)
* Experience with data extraction, data mining, data securing, data profiling, data warehouse management, and statistical concepts
* Experience with system architecture (e.g., Master, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, etc.)
