Our company is built on a legacy of making world-class stories and experiences for families around the world. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Studio Research & Analytics crew, you will work closely with our Disney+ Product groups to analyze and synthesize data, providing actionable insights to drive business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Assisting with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research projects, including data extraction, analysis, and visualization * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions * Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organization * Analyzing and presenting ongoing and ad-hoc reports using quantitative and qualitative data * Managing assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results **Responsibilities** * Assist with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research projects, including data extraction, analysis, and visualization * Combine disparate data sources using SQL to support the daily operations of the Disney+ consumer experience monitoring program * Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions * Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization * Analyze and present ongoing and ad-hoc reports using quantitative and qualitative data * Manage assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results * Work with the Sr. Manager and team to ensure that all results are strategically actionable and drive key decision making * Collaborate with the team & analytics agencies within Snowflake & Databricks * Maintain up-to-date verbal and written understanding of data sources and requirements * Respond to critical data requests from internal clients * Support presentation of findings based on research conducted and contribute to associated business discussions * Stay at the forefront of SVOD & In-Home business developments amidst a continuously evolving landscape **Basic Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Sciences, or related field and 3 years of relevant work experience * OR Master's Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Sciences, or related field and 1 year of relevant work experience * Proficiency with SQL, with the ability to extract and integrate disparate data sources * Ability to extract data and integrate with other data sources to provide a rich, comprehensive picture for the business * Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical skills * Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment * Outstanding communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to create clear and concise visual presentations * Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively in an environment of tight timeframes and constant change **Preferred Qualifications** * Proficiency in data processing tools (e.g. SPSS, Q, MarketSight) * Experience with survey tools (e.g. Decipher, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) * Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based, including Snowflake, Databricks, or similar * Familiarity with R, Python, SAS, STATA, or similar programming languages * Advanced degree in Market Research or Statistics * Quantitative research background, either supplier-side or client-side * Experience with reading survey data to extract actionable insights * Experience with subscription-based business models and approach **Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate: $35-45/hour * Bonus and/or long-term performance incentive devices may be provided as part of the compensation package * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Access to online learning resources and applications designed to foster inclusion * Discounts on hotel stays, dining, products, and project locations * Complimentary theme park admission after 90 days of employment * Educational compensation and Disney Aspire, which will pay 100% tuition upfront at community colleges for full-time and part-time hourly employees * Paid weekly, with direct deposit option **About arenaflex** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
