With operations in over 40 countries, our representatives and cast members work together to create entertainment experiences that are both universally and locally relevant. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Business Operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development of data analysis and visualization tools to drive business decisions across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to identify business needs, design and implement data solutions, and communicate insights to stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * **Business Performance Reporting and Analysis**: Be the primary partner for cross-functional stakeholders to understand the performance of our streaming platforms. When a metric is ahead or behind expectations, dive in to drive significant, actionable insights that help improve or double down on progress. * **Reporting and Tooling Strategy**: Lead the team in the development of meaningful and consistent metrics and reporting across streaming platforms. * **BI Implementation**: Drive reporting for large-scale data. Act as a subject matter expert for team members and collaborate with Data Engineering and Design to design and build performant ETLs, mediator tables, and beautiful and fast Tableau and Looker dashboards. * **Creating a Single Source of Truth**: Collaborate with our Operations team and unite analysts and partners from across the organization to define and normalize the metrics by which we evaluate product performance. * **ETL and Metric Planning**: Own measurement planning and creation by defining business requirements, structuring, and streamlining, and long-term data scalability. * **Collaboration and Communication**: Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify and understand what they need to drive decisions, and with other data teams to improve platform capabilities around data visualization, testing platforms, data representation, and data design. **Essential Qualifications** * A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Finance, Math, or related field. * Proficiency in creating data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc. * 7+ years of technical experience, preferably in data analysis and engineering. * Strong expertise in SQL, some experience with SparkSQL, Hive, etc. * Significant experience working with OLAP data warehouses like Snowflake or Redshift. * Experience creating and maintaining enhanced tables for reporting through ETLs. * Project and resource management experience, illustrating goals, and timelines, and organizing work across multiple stakeholders. * Python/R or other statistical programming languages. * High drive and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding results. * Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal presentation skills and experience presenting to diverse audiences. **Preferred Qualifications** * A sense of humor * Unique interests or areas of expertise that impact the way you interact with others and tackle your work * The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $136,100 to $182,400 per year, and in New York, NY is $142,600 to $191,100 per year. The base salary offered will consider internal equity and may change based on the candidate's geographic location, work-related experience, skills, and qualifications among other factors.
