With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider space, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with product and process owners, Qualtrics specialists, and the Agile team in technology to transform and innovate our VOC method.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform
* Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
* Develop and implement large-scale data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels
* Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
* Power customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out and builds automation tools
* Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
* Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
**Essential and Preferred Qualifications:**
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
* Ability to collaborate with product managers/product owners for expertise on functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
* Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to communicate insights to business stakeholders
* Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive)
* Strong understanding of data architecture, data engineering, and data science principles
* Experience with data integration, data transformation, and data quality tools and techniques
