As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) methodology, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be instrumental in driving the transformation and innovation of this critical methodology.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs, ensuring seamless integration with our Cornerstone Large Data Platform.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone platform.
* Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
* Leverage transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring high-quality and accurate data through intensive testing at various use case levels.
* Provide guidance to improve competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
* Develop and implement consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out, and builds automation tools.
* Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development, launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.
* Ability to collaborate with product managers/dating managers for expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
* Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their applications in data analysis.
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services.
* Certification in data science or related fields.
