As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a critical role in transforming our Voice of the Customer (VOC) methodology, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider sectors, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, which include 40+ studies, translated in over 10 languages, and deployed in more than 20 countries.
**Transforming the VOC Methodology**
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll assist in the transformation and innovation of the VOC methodology. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Helping to improve and maintain the new VOC technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted on Qualtrics, our survey seller.
* Collaborating closely with product and process owners, concern matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and improvement.
* Working closely with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs.
* Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to outline and transform the facts within the Cornerstone large data platform.
* Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions.
* Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels.
* Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
* Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design, and development of software program programs, checking out & builds automation tools.
* Proactively identifying and automating guide obligations to improve best and efficiency.
**Operating with Colleagues from GSN and AET**
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review the statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique.
**Talents and Abilities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.
* Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups.
