We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in the Dominican Republic. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. Your primary focus will be on helping to improve and preserve the new VOC technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate closely with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs
* Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage the same to outline and transform the facts within the Cornerstone large data platform
