**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our Supply Chain Operations team to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable recommendations to inform business decisions. Your expertise will help us optimize our supply chain operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
**Responsibilities**
* Analyze large datasets using data mining, data modeling, and statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
* Design and develop data visualizations using Tableau or other visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve supply chain operations, including data extraction, integration, and manipulation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to meet those needs
* Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders, including dashboards and alerts to support timely decision-making
* Develop and maintain complex data models using multiple data sources to calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics
* Lead medium-scale projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
* Advanced degree experience and professional certifications in data analysis, data science, or related field
* Proven expertise in data analysis, data modeling, and data architecture
* Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar
* Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance and data quality
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) functionality and data warehousing
* Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles
* Experience with data visualization tools, including Advanced Excel, Quickbase, SAP Business Objects, or similar
* Strong understanding of business operations and supply chain management principles
* Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile or Scrum
