If you have a passion for data analysis, a strong understanding of financial modeling, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for: * Querying, reviewing, and analyzing data to prepare analytics, including pricing and financial models, leveraging advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL techniques, for opportunities obtained from pharmacy benefit managers, health plans, and/or healthcare consultants. * Utilizing advanced-level skills in Microsoft Excel to create and maintain advanced forecasting and underwriting models (e.g., developing a pivot table, developing Macros, using VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIFS, troubleshooting formula errors, and formula auditing). * Utilizing intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Access, SAS, and SQL to query and analyze large and complex data sets (e.g., developing parameter and action queries, joining tables, developing cross-tab queries, and using Macros to provide user interaction and automate tasks). * Tracking, evaluating, reporting, and automating efforts to advise process upgrades to guide and enhance current pricing mechanisms. * Identifying and solving pricing issues by performing analysis that involves retrieving and analyzing both internal data and data obtained from a third party. * Analyzing data and units of data to become responsible for the results portrayed by that analysis. * Utilizing standard operating procedures to analyze and respond to inquiries from internal business partners concerning pricing for various lines of business, including retail, specialty, immunizations, and clinics. * Providing compensation charge suggestions based on complex pricing models for multimillion-dollar opportunities. * Communicating and collaborating with business partners (at all levels of the organization) in different functional areas, including finance, reporting, operations, business development, and sales. * Presenting pricing theory suggestions, data analysis, and financial models to management and leadership on a daily basis. * Preparing senior-level executive documentation of pricing theory financial metric suggestions (Executive Governance Memos). **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Business, Actuarial Science, or Pharmacoeconomics, OR High School Diploma/GED and at least three years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Contracting, Finance, Account Management, or Pricing; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background. * Knowledge and understanding of data, business metrics, and operational processes. * Strong fundamental questioning skills and experience with reading and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive development of results and discover solutions. Ability to challenge results, address ambiguity, resolve issues, make decisions, see trends/patterns within data sets, and identify root causes. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to provide information to executives and leaders within the organization. * Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-project concurrent assignments while meeting deadlines with a high-quality product. * Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting high-quality standards. * Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., using a template, formatting individual spacing, placing a picture, converting slide format and template colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, converting chart format and/or formatting font). * Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using the SUM function, placing borders, placing column width, placing charts, using text wrap, sorting, placing headers and footers, and/or print scaling). * Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word (e.g., placing headers, page breaks, page numbers, and tables and/or adjusting table columns). * Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working with advanced data analysis tools and techniques, such as data mining, predictive modeling, and data visualization. * Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements. * Strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. * Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business results. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is a community-focused company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
