You'll work closely with our Designing and Product teams to execute on data projects, contributing to strategic planning, design, build, and QA. If you're a seasoned data professional with a passion for music and entertainment, we invite you to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive practical approaches to solving complex business issues across recorded music, distribution, and live events. Lead the development of scientific structures, directing data, estimation, and analysis strategies. Build automated, adaptable, repeatable, and integrated analysis involving current large data models in data ecosystems, such as Databricks, Snowflake, Google BigQuery. * Support data-informed business decisions through deep quantitative analysis. Apply advanced analysis techniques (data mining, statistical analysis, AI) to identify patterns and uncover potential opportunities in behavior data. Create and deliver presentations to communicate results. * Be the analysis partner to cross-functional partners across arenaflex. Dive into complex, large-scale, high-layered data from diverse sources using tools like PySpark or advanced SQL to respond to ad-hoc business questions. Support partners with data insights throughout the business cycle stages, including pitching, planning, and execution. * Lead the reporting for organizational needs. Create, coordinate, and standardize metrics that measure success. Direct mission, product, satisfied, and audience analysis. * Collaborate with Designing and Product teams to execute on data projects, contributing to strategic planning, design, build, and QA. * Lead and coach a team, establishing boundaries to maximize influence in the organization. **Essential Qualifications** * 4+ years of data analysis experience * 4+ years of management experience * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, including Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related quantitative fields. * Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects * Experience in applying supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, such as direct and calculated regression, choice trees, or k-means clustering to determine, validate, and evaluate conclusions from data * Experience documenting data requirements, rules, and assumptions * Proficient in using SQL and pre-processing tools like PySpark/Python/R * Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools * Experience data mining in distributed systems like Databricks/Google BigQuery/Snowflake * Experience managing large, transactional datasets and deciphering data patterns from multiple data sources * Experience creating scalable logical programming that drives analysis * Experience communicating insightful ideas to diverse audiences * Experience influencing and collaborating with partners across the organization * Strong time management skills with the ability to work in a high-speed environment across multiple priorities **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience driving data-driven projects across a wide cross-functional landscape * Experience building, managing, and promoting teams in core support capabilities * An interest in music as well as media industry data * Knowledge of music online features (Spotify, Apple, Amazon Music, YouTube), social media platforms (TikTok, FB/Instagram) and emerging technologies (digital assistants/voice) * Graduate degree in a quantitative field, including Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related quantitative fields **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced data professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
