**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our inventory network optimization and process improvement team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement in inventory network processes
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement initiatives
* Design and implement data-driven solutions to optimize inventory network processes and improve efficiency
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and internal teams
* Provide guidance and support to team members on data analysis and visualization best practices
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Alteryx), and data mining techniques
* Experience working with large, complex data sets and developing data visualizations to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in the retail or logistics industry, with a strong understanding of inventory network processes and challenges
* Familiarity with lean principles and process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Kaizen)
* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. BigQuery, AWS Redshift)
* Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques, including Tableau, PowerBI, and D3.js
* Experience working with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques
