**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our business intelligence and data science team. As a data analyst, you'll be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our data science team to develop predictive models, identify trends, and optimize business processes. **Key Responsibilities**
* Execute solutions for business problems using data analysis, data mining, data visualization, statistical modeling, and AI techniques
* Continuously develop and showcase improved analysis strategies
* Possess expertise and be comfortable with owning data and working from idea through to execution
* Identify a business issue and the available data and determine what analysis and modeling procedures can be applied to answer a business question

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or MBA
* At least 2+ years of experience in data analysis/AI
* Demonstrated comfort and academic interest in working with extremely large datasets, and experience in predictive modeling
* Strong knowledge of either R or Python
* Familiarity with controlling and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from various sources to identify patterns and relationships
* Understanding of how and when to apply predictive and AI techniques like linear regression, random forests, GBM, neural networks, SVM, etc.
* Ability to use data querying tools and be able to write complex queries and techniques using Teradata SQL or potentially Microsoft TSQL
* Hands-on experience in using Big Data environments (Hadoop/Spark), API gateways, and non-structured data will be an added advantage
* Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis and calculations in a clear, accurate, and compelling way
* Show written and spoken English proficiency
* Approximately 4 months and a half of travel to US in a year
* Should be legally authorized to work in India for any business without sponsorship
* Successful completion of interview expected to meet work capability
