**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence and Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing insights that drive business decisions. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
**Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Executing solutions for business problems using data analysis, data mining, and data visualization tools
* Developing and maintaining advanced data analysis strategies and techniques
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
* Developing and maintaining data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
* Working with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures
* Collaborating with business stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven strategies
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
* Strong proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience working with large, complex data sets and data warehouses
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering
* Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
* Experience with data engineering and data architecture
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure
* Certification in data science or analytics, such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified Analytics Professional
