**Job Description**
As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer care by sharing accurate and convenient information to clients according to straightforward FAQ-based inquiries
* Utilizing choice support tools to determine issues and resolve them efficiently
* Carrying out suitable goals and providing data to clients while adhering to quality standards
* Recognizing and escalating high-impact issues as needed
* Conforming to arenaflex's organization approaches, methods, and norms of morals and uprightness by carrying out related activity plans and applying the Entryway Strategy
* Completing work tasks and needs by utilizing strategies, information, and assets, teaming up with supervisors, associates, clients, and other colleagues, and adjusting to and gaining from change, troubles, and input
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
* Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers
* Utilize support tools and resources to determine and resolve issues
* Escalate high-impact issues to senior support representatives or management as needed
* Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide informed support
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of customer support experience in a retail or e-commerce environment
