As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll collaborate with clients in a considerate, professional, courteous, and expert manner. You'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service and support to our customers, and making a lasting impression.
**What You'll Do**

* Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets
* Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
* Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
* Perform traveler check-in and front seat tasks (excluding curbside), amend oversold seat tasks, and issue updates
* Issue vouchers and coordinate with contractors for traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation; coordinate refuel and revitalize
* Perform traveler loading, including ticket lift or potentially ticket lift/check
* Work gate reader/scanner and related duties to include pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items and departure line measures
* Work jetways/spans for purposes of boarding and deplaning travelers
* Make boarding and flight gate announcements
* Carry domestic/international flight records
* Perform traveler service flight close-out methods
* Accept, check, and label travelers' items at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and five-star ticket counters
* Maintain schedule of flight boarding process
* Perform customer service hands-on training
* Process and complete visa document exchanges at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations
* Assist travelers with self-service kiosk registration and booth document handling at ticket counters
* Line up at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
* Clear/confirm international documents at booth in the ticket counter area and activation stations
* Accept and initiate travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations
* Assist clients requiring special assistance or in-station; assist boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory travelers, special assistance travelers, as well as unaccompanied minors
* Perform customer service work related to handling local flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements
* Have regular and predictable attendance on site, including fulfilling any required overtime needs.
* Answer and assist during security or potentially crisis situations
* Provide interfacing traveler door information
* Provide quality customer service in a professional manner and according to arenaflex's rules.
* Adhere to organization policies, procedures, and execution guidelines.
* Complete task-related training phases
* Comply with unofficial laws (e.g. DOT, FAA, TSA)
* Utilize various internal assets/frameworks including during customer interactions
* Wear attire as required by organization policy

* Depending on your airport size, you may also perform the following:
* Perform Traveler Activity Control capabilities including air to ground communication along with Peak capabilities
* Help international travelers through customs/migration, including baggage re-check
* Carry tickets, international flight reports, and customs/migration documents
**All You'll Need for Success**
Minimum Capabilities Education and Prior Work Experience
* High school diploma or GED or international equivalent
* Bilingual language abilities required in certain areas
* Valid driver's license as required by local authorities
* Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security ID display areas (SIDA), if applicable
* Must be able to obtain suitable airport power as well as US Customs security identifications, if applicable
* Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or potentially fingerprinting to meet organization and security requirements
* Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Preferred Capabilities Education and Prior Work Experience
* Working knowledge of Sabre or any other Traveler Service System
* Prior face-to-face customer service experience
* Working in a high-speed environment
