As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, handling calls from new and existing business clients with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach. If you're a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Handle incoming calls from new and existing business clients, addressing a variety of requests in an efficient and effective manner * Utilize knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to address issues, provide support, offer information, and place orders to keep customers satisfied and retain business * Correctly document customer interactions and track call types to ensure seamless communication and resolution * Maintain support service levels and uphold Customer Service standards, ensuring exceptional customer experiences * Own follow-up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability * Take inbound phone calls for up to 90% of assigned shift, handling high call volumes with ease and professionalism * Perform all other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the team and the organization **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume calls or call center experience * Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience is a plus * Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills * A clear team player with strong interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations * Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently * Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word and Excel) * SAP experience a plus * Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus * Ability to navigate information systems and internet * Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar **Preferred Qualifications** * Bilingual French speaking skills * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote team member, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the support of our dedicated team.
