Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat. You'll troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, assist clients with loan applications, and guide new customers through their onboarding process. Requirements * 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related roles, although training is available for the right candidate. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Familiarity with business finance, start-up funding, or lending processes is a plus, but training can be provided. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM systems, live chat software, and basic office tools.
