As a key member of our remote call center team, you'll play a vital role in connecting with individuals who are seeking compensation for their experiences. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with callers who have expressed interest in potentially qualifying for compensation. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of calls while providing exceptional customer service and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities:** * Connect with callers through an automated dialer, assessing their eligibility for compensation * Handle a high volume of calls, speaking with 40-50 callers per day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation * Multitask while on calls, listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows * Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals * Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately * Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position * Adhere to all company policies and procedures * Assist with other projects as needed * Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues independently **What We're Looking For:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Competitive and motivated, with a desire to work in a performance-based environment * Ability to work 40+ hours per week, with a strong work ethic and dedication to meeting goals **Requirements:** * Must reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey * Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace * Reliable, hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with: + 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU * High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet) * Reliable noise-cancellation headset wired via USB (average price: $20-$30) * Strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles * 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience **What We Offer:** * Total compensation potential up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+ per year) * Health insurance, vision, and dental coverage * Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) * Eligibility for overtime outside of the training period * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment **Work Environment and Culture:** At arenaflex, we value our employees' well-being and offer a supportive work environment.
