**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with callers who have expressed interest in potentially qualifying for compensation, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). **Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Connecting with callers through an automated dialer and engaging in conversations to determine their eligibility for compensation
* Handling a high volume of connections, resulting in speaking to 40-50 callers a day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation
* Multitasking while listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows
* Achieving or exceeding monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
* Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts appropriately
* Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
* Adhering to all company policies and procedures
* Assisting with other projects as needed
* Troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Competitive and results-driven, with a focus on achieving or exceeding monthly KPIs
* Ability to work 40+ hours a week
* Strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles
* 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience
**Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:
* Experience working in a similar role at arenaflex or a similar company
* Strong knowledge of VICI and CRM software
* Experience with problem-solving and conflict resolution in a call-center environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. To ensure success in this role, you'll need to have:
* A quiet, distraction-free workspace
* A reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, and a 1.2 GHz or faster CPU
* High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum)
* A reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB (average price is $20-$30)

**Hours of Operation:**
Our remote call center operates on a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, with the following hours:
* Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
* Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
* Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
